Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, theft, misuse, tire damage,
or accidents occurring during the rental period.
Tire punctures, blowouts, and road hazard damage are the responsibility
of the renter.
Late returns may result in additional daily
rental charges.
Please return the trailer reasonably clean and free of all personal belongings, trash, debris, dirt piles, loose materials and tie downs. Sweep the trailer down. DO NOT Pressure Wash the trailer.
Cleaning fees start at $25. Trailers returned with excessive debris, mud, concrete, paint, roofing material, grease, odors, animal waste, or other difficult-t-remove materials may be charged $50-$150 or more based on the cleaning and repair required.
Renter agrees not to exceed manufacturer weight limits or use the trailer for
unsafe or illegal hauling.
Load & Go TN Trailer Rentals is not responsible for damage to cargo, equipment, or personal property transported by the renter.
The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the correct trailer light wiring to match the trailer being rented. The customer must not exceed the towing limits in the towing vehicle's owner's manual.
We do not have distance limits for our rentals. However, if we have to recover the trailer outside of our local area, fees will be charged.
Each trailer rental period starts when the customer picks up the trailer or when it's delivered. The customer will be charged an extra fee for any extra time until the trailer is returned .
Trailers may not be used for illegal activities, hazardous materials, or
conditions.
Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable once service has
been completed.
Rental payments are non-refundable once the trailer has been picked
up or delivered.
